The co2 laser cutting machine suddenly does not emit light during the cutting process

1. Whether the laser tube emits light or not, the wire on the motion control card is loose, or the motion control card is broken (replace the board). No light, the laser power supply is broken. (In rare cases, the laser tube is broken) (Check whether there is a spark at the high-voltage end of the laser tube, the ignition will easily burn the laser power supply and the electronic components of the board).

 If the fan of the laser power supply does not turn, use an electric pen to test the 220V port of the laser power supply to see if there is electricity. There is electricity, the laser power supply is broken. (repair or replace the power supply); no power, check the laser power switch and circuit.

2. There is no light when the machine is turned on, and the operator is not very familiar with the operation process of the machine.

3. Check whether the water tank alarms

3.1 No alarm, check whether the laser power fan is running. The fan of the laser power supply rotates, and the laser power supply is short-circuited with a wire.

3.2 Alarm, connect the water inlet and outlet at the back of the water tank with a water pipe, and the water tank is powered on to see if an alarm is issued. If you call the police, the tank is broken. If it is not alarmed, it means that the water path of the laser tube is not smooth. Check whether the water tube is bent or pressed by something, and whether there is any debris in the water in the water tank (replace the pure water in the water tank).

To check the following aspects

1. Whether the light path is normal. (Press the light to see if the laser tube is bright, if it is bright but the laser head is not bright, there is a problem with the optical path)

2. Whether the laser power switch is turned on.

3. Whether the water tank is open.

4. Whether the power of the machine operation panel is correct. Or whether the computer software parameters are correct.
